CIRCULATION CLEANING AFTER MILKING

1. Wash outside of cluster and attach to the jetters.
2. Rinse out system well, using 1.4 litre (3 gallons) of water per unit.
3. Prepare wash solution using 300 ml/45 lt water 75 oC or 450 ml/45 lt cold water. This issufficient for 5 units. For each additional unit add an extra 9 lt of water.
4. Circulate through the machine for 10 – 12 minutes.
5. Return to trough and retain for evening wash if not using an automatic washer.
6. Rinse out system well, using 14 litres (3 gallons) of water per unit, until all traces of detergent are removed.
